NDIS Support Coordination

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching services are offered in 60 minute sessions.

  • Weekday - 8am to 8pm $110.44/hour

  • Weekday 8pm - Midnight $121.68/hour

  • Saturday - $155.41/hour

  • Sunday - $200.39/hour

  • Public Holiday - $245.36/hour

Neurodivergent Lived Experience Mentoring

  • Level 1 - $80.06/hour

  • Level 2 - $100.14/hour

Support coordination is billed under the NDIS hourly rate, but we do not wait to bill you in full hours. Instead, we break our time down into 6-minute blocks (tenths of an hour). This means if a task takes 12 minutes, you only pay for those 12 minutes, protecting your budget from being rounded up unnecessarily.

Your funding covers two main types of essential work:

  • Direct Support: Time spent talking with you, such as video calls, phone check-ins, or face-to-face meetings.

  • Behind-the-Scenes Support: Crucial work done on your behalf when you are not there. This includes researching local services, calling providers to check availability, responding to emails, writing case notes, and preparing your NDIS plan review reports.

Case Management Services are offered in 60 minute sessions.

  • Weekday - $90/hour

  • Saturday - $100/hour

  • Sunday - $110/hour

Peer Support & Recovery Group Services

Neurodivergent Mentoring Services are offered in 60 minute sessions.

  • NDIS Funded - $83.87/hour

  • Private Paying - $90/hour

Professional Development Services are offered in 60 minute sessions.

  • 1:1 Professional Mentoring $90/hour

  • NDIS Funded: $83.87/hour

  • Group Reflective Practice - Quote available upon request

Frequently asked questions - fees and pricing

Can I use Medicare/Mental Health Plan Rebates?

Counselling and lived experience support services are not covered under the Australian Government's Medicare rebate system. As a result, Mental Health Care Plans cannot be used to access our services or those of similar providers.

We have intentionally structured our fees to remain affordable, and offer concession rates to certain populations to try and offer accessible support. Our session rates are generally lower than the typical out-of-pocket cost of seeing a psychologist, meaning that even without a Medicare rebate, many people find our services to be a cost-effective option.

Do you offer concessions or sliding scale fees?

For private paying clients (Without NDIS or other funding options), we offer a 25% reduced fee applies for any Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We also offer 25% discount for anyone living on no or low income.

What about Victims of Crime Funding?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer any services that are available via Victims of Crime Funding. Lived Experience Practitioners are not eligible to provide these services according to state governments.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable, as this time has been reserved specifically for you.

If you arrive late, we may not have enough time to safely and effectively complete your session. In these circumstances, the session may need to be cancelled, and a refund cannot be provided.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Where possible, we're happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment, and we'll always do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.

Can I do a different length of session?

Yes, we are able to offer modified session lengths based on individual needs. We can offer both shortened sessions at a minimum of 45 minutes for most services, and extended session to a maximum of 90 minutes.

Initial assessments or if we haven't connected in the last 12 months, will be a minimum of 60 minutes for the first session.
