We welcome referrals from GPs, psychiatrists, psychologists, hospitals, community mental health teams, allied health professionals, and other service providers.
If you would like to refer a client, you are welcome to either complete the referral enquiry form below, or email admin@miarauniksupports.com.au with your preferred referral form and any relevant supporting documentation directly. If you have any questions about service suitability, availability, or would like to discuss a potential referral, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Where appropriate, referrals should include relevant background information, current supports, identified goals, and any known risks or considerations to assist with supporting your client.
