NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is a recovery-oriented support designed for people living with psychosocial disability. The focus is on achieving your goals that help you manage daily life, strengthen and add to your recovery team, and supporting you to live the life you want to.
Recovery looks different for everyone. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or diagnoses, we work collaboratively to understand what wellbeing, purpose, and quality of life mean in your individual circumstances.

What will Psychosocial Recovery Coaching be like?

  1. Recovery that is guided by you - Recovery is personal, and there is no single pathway that works for everyone. Together, we explore your goals, strengths, values, and aspirations, recognising that these may change over time. Our role is to support you in identifying what wellbeing and a meaningful life look like for you.

  2. Building confidence and sustainability - We work collaboratively to develop practical strategies, strengthen decision-making, and build the confidence to navigate challenges as they arise. This may include developing routines, increasing independence, connecting with community, or building skills that support your ongoing recovery.

  3. Coordinating your support - Recovery often involves working with a range of services and supports. With your consent, we help bring these supports together, encouraging collaboration and communication so your care remains connected and focused on your goals.

  4. Supporting you through change - Recovery is rarely linear, and life circumstances can change unexpectedly. We provide flexible, responsive support during periods of transition, helping you adapt to new challenges, review your goals, and continue moving towards the life you want to build.
